Here's your chance to own a rare training-used lunar surface map plate, signed and inscribed by Apollo 16 LMP Charlie Duke—the 10th man to walk on the lunar surface! As a bonus, each plate comes with a hi-res digital photo of Charlie holding the plate after signing.

These plates originate from the Apollo 16 Lunar Module Orbit Monitor Chart (SKB 32100122-384, Training Chart #5), used in crew training for the fifth lunar landing at Descartes.  Additional information on the Lunar Module Orbit Monitor Chart—what it is and how it was used—is contained in the description for each plate.
