This vintage fold-out schematic for OV-101 (Enterprise) comes from the Space Shuttle Systems Handbook (SSSH) used by NASA Flight Director Don Puddy in preparation for the early ALT flights.  

The SSSH (or "Triple S H") was the "Bible" of Shuttle engineers and technicians.  It contained detailed schematics, technical drawings, and diagrams for every system and subsystem on the vehicle.  Since this book reflected the current state of the vehicle's design configuration, it was consulted throughout the design, testing, and trouble-shooting phases.

Schematics from the Space Shuttle Systems Handbook are quite rare, as most copies were destroyed at the end of the program.  Plates from the earliest SSSH, are even rarer—especially with provenance from key Mission Control personnel such as Don Puddy.
 
As NASA’s tenth Flight Director, Puddy led the “Crimson” flight control team on Apollo 17, Apollo-Soyuz Test Project, Skylab, the Shuttle ALT tests, and STS-1. Prior to that, he was TELMU for much of the Apollo program, including Apollo 11 and Apollo 13 (during which he played a key role in development of the Lunar Module “lifeboat” procedures that saved the crew, and which earned him the Presidential Medal of Freedom). In 1987, Puddy became head of the Flight Crew Operations Division (FCOD), charged with all aspects of crew selection and mission management. He retired from NASA in 1995.
