Very rare commemorative print commemorating the Apollo 15 mission, signed by Wernher von Braun (8.25" x 11.75").  This print, entitled "From Beginning to Beginning" features an engraving by Hermann Fritz showing the first forms of life in the primordial sea, through the evolution of hominids, and culminating with Dave Scott stepping off the Lunar Module on Apollo 15. It was created for the 20th Spaceflight Congress, held in Bremen 2-5 September, 1971 and signed at the event.

Wernher von Braun's signature is applied in thick black ink at the base of the lithograph, between the embossed Spaceflight emblem and a maroon Kepler stamp, stamped with a commemorative 20th Spaceflight Congress Bremen postal cancellation dated Sep 3, 1971.

Slome light age toning and foxing to margins, otherwise fine.  See images for full condition.
